Throughout my journey, I’ve held some of the most demanding and prestigious roles across the state, including Commander in SAHP (28), Supreme Court Justice (27), District Court Judge (26), Base Commander in NG (26), and Police Commander in LSPD (28). My Leadership Approach
1.Structure + RP: SAHP will operate under a solid command structure with SOPs, active patrol schedules, and detailed RP-based training programs for trainee and higher-ups alike.
2. Active Engagement: I will be personally involved with officers at every level—leading by example in patrols, operations, and events.

Events and Collaboration:
Regular high-quality RP events will be organized in collaboration with other major organizations such as LSPD, SAHP, NG, Government, and EMS. These will include joint operations, raids, intelligence briefings, courtroom scenarios, and undercover missions—designed to strengthen inter-agency coordination and deepen the RP experience across the server.
Community Presence:
FIB’s presence will be strongly established not just behind closed doors, but out on the streets, highways, and city hubs. From active surveillance and patrols to rapid response to globals and 911s, FIB agents will be trained and encouraged to assist with citizen safety, traffic control, investigations, and proactive crime prevention.
Promotion System:
Promotions in FIB will be based purely on merit—with a focus on discipline, RP ability, leadership potential, and consistent activity. Every agent will have a clear, fair pathway to grow within the department, and hard work will always be recognized and rewarded.
