2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Since I have already experienced Directorship and Deputyship of FIB in EN2, I would like to use that knowledge for good purpose, to help the citizens of this city as well, would be a waste if I don't. I have also noticed that the Undercover/CID department of FIB despite being the most important department does lots of mistakes, during my term I will focus on the mistakes and select a professional team to train new people to take such evidences without a single error in them.
After gaining experience in several organizations, I would like to serve the city/server with the knowledge I posses by becoming a leader and by having the opportunity to further pass on this information to my Deputies and high commands by implementing on it myself as well. Previously having leader experience in en2 has encouraged me to take leadership once again but this time in en3 to support the server just like I did in en2, by achieving record breaking number of active units in my term.
Lastly it has been evident recently that majority of the LEOs tend to speak in an aggressive tone not only within their own organization but also with different organizations, thus I would like to control the situation both inside my org and with other organizations so that professionalism is maintained. I have also noticed nearly all organizations are not ready at the spot for any situation, they respond after a while which could be dangerous for hostages and city therefore I would like to prepare everyone for immediate response to situations.
3: Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
By hosting regular training sessions which would focus on teaching Roleplay techniques and conflict resolution.
By hosting sessions every now and then to analyze mistakes made in any situation and to find solutions for them.
I would also introduce challenges that push members to think creatively and step out of their comfort zones.
By continuously implying the fact that regardless of rank or knowledge, none is to boast or treat others arrogantly or aggressively no matter what happens, there would certainly always be ways to take actions professionally instead of yelling.
