I want to report Player ID 174959 for knowingly helping a ban evader, specifically Blac Ikka, who is the ex-leader of Black Panther.

Blac Ikka was blacklisted and permanently banned from the server due to too many bans. Proof: However, this player (174959) has clearly stated that Blac Ikka will be coming back. He said that Blac Ikka is planning to buy a new laptop so that Grand RP won’t be able to track his MAC address. This clearly shows an attempt to evade the ban by exploiting the limitations of the current system.

Player 174959 is not only aware of this, but is also actively involved in planning for Blac Ikka’s return. He even said that once Blac Ikka is back, he will buy in-game money and open a new family, and they will all join it – fully aware that he is a ban evader. This means he is directly supporting and encouraging a player who was banned, and helping him re-enter the server illegally.

There is no certain way to verify if Blac Ikka is already in the city or not, but this conversation is clear proof that Player 174959 is assisting and collaborating with a known ban evader.
