2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be the leader of Ballas , I think i have gained enough experience to become a leader of a gang and also know the rules about turfs and normal events. I understand the responsibilities of leadership and how to manage both turf and team.
- This term will be fully focused on getting 100 percent turf , made up of experienced turfers , leaders and deputies who already got Mikachu Hoodie. I already have people who are ready to support me in my term and are active. Even when I'm unavailable my deputies will be available for all the events and be ready for all the situations. We're prepared and organized to make this a winning term.
- I have seen many leaders disband for silly reasons and getting warnings for leader breaking server rules , my punishment history is clear and ill never break any server rule. Most of the newbies and newcomers also join gangs and have there first experience in gangs. I wanna give them a great experience.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
No Toxicity with anyone.
Every member will follow RP Rules.
We will perform better Roleplay during any Hostage Situations, Store Robberies, and Gun Store Robberies.
We will attend every Event as well as Territory, Turf, Clands, and Battleship too.
I will make sure that every member uses RP Commands.
We will not do same location for Store and gun store!
