Situation Explained:

While on duty as a DOC Officer, I noticed a group of LSPD and SAHP officers escorting a 10-15 into the DOC. One officer entered the 10-15 layer room. As part of my responsibility, I went to ask the officer for his ID.

At that moment, I heard gunfire from the layer room. When I went to check, I found two strangers shooting the 10-15 and the LEOs inside. I tried to intervene and stop them, but they killed me too.

This is a clear violation of Rule 1.1, as the DOC is considered a Green Zone (Unlisted – Green Grass Area), where any form of killing is prohibited.
