Dear Admin Team,

This is a formal complaint against "The Phoenix" Family for Repeated Rule Violations and Targeted Harassment.

I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the ongoing disruptive and unacceptable behavior of several members of The Phoenix family, who have been repeatedly violating game rules and targeting my family in the game.

Most recently, these players unlawfully entered my house without permission, planted solar, and issued unjustified demands:

• Player ID 182724 planted a solar panel in my family house without my permission, which is a clear violation of in-game ethics.
• Player ID 189397 issued a baseless UB demand.
• I contacted admin Negi Ilya immediately, who witnessed the entire incident firsthand.

This is not an isolated event. These players have been repeatedly targeting my family and ruining the overall gaming experience with their toxic and rule-breaking behavior.


The following players from The Phoenix family have been involved in these repeated violations:

• 182724
• 19722
• 205405
• 189397
• 183870
• 193660

Despite prior reports made by me, their behavior continues without any regard for rules or consequences. This repeated targeting and harassment needs to be addressed immediately and firmly.


I request the admin team to take strict disciplinary action against all players involved. Enough warnings have been given — it's time for consequences.


Please take this issue seriously and investigate all related actions. I am willing to provide any additional details or proof if needed.
