2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?
2.1. i have so much experience so now i thing can became leader of a gang like Los Santos Vagos, Having previously served as Deputy in the gang side, I have developed a deep understanding of leadership dynamics, event management, My priority is ensuring to maintaining a discipline and well-structured organization.
2.2. I have so much experience to lead events and guiding people, and offering the experience and skills they need to succeed. experience on city rules will be a key focus, and Turfs will remain a high priority, and I will dedicate myself to securing and dominating turf and also focusing on events like Clandestine, Battleship, store robbery , car theft and hostage situation and other major events.
2.3. With my leadership, Los Santos Vagos will operate with discipline, strategy, and ambition, taking control of key aspects of gang life while fostering a strong and experienced community
3.Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. I Observed That Multiple Times That High commands Hire New Gang Members Without Any Proper Interview, So In My Leadership I Will Make Sure That Each And Every Gang Member Will Be Invited In The Gang After An Proper Interview.
2. I Also Observed That Multiple Times The Leaders Was Not That Much Engaged With The Gang Members In The Events Which Causes A Great Trouble In The Events Like Store Robbery, Highway Robbery, NG Raid etc. Just Because Of Lack Of Leadership. But I Believe To Take Part In The Maximum Events To Properly Guide My Each And Every Gang Member.
3. Multiple Times I Saw That Leaders And High commands Was Not Paying Enough Attention To The New Members Which Cause Problems To Helping Them In Evolving. But I Will Make Sure To Pay Proper Attention To My Gang Members Whenever It Needed.
4. Also I Observed That Leaders Was Not Giving Proper Chances To Learn To The New Members Of Gang Like In The Negotiations Of Store Robbery, Asking Food And Water To Hostages, Robbing Of Hostages, Engaging With Hostages etc. But I Will Make Sure That Personally I Will Teach Them First, How To Do So And Then We Will Give Them Chance To Perform Those Things To Help Them Evolving In The RP Situations.
