As you can see in the provided screenshot, stranger 124090 used non rp chat (OOC) and said ‘dumb fck’ and ‘motherchod’ in OOC chat. I think these count as OOC insult.
Not only that, he also said "u all will die like a dogs i promise" which is OOC threatening as well. I hope administration will take this matter at hand seriously.
