This POV touched on a very important topic. Before this POV, I told my friend not to follow us, and there was no RDM involved at all. While I was trying to talk to my friend he insulted me told my friend not to talk to me, and kept following us despite being annoyed. He keeps provoking us, and I want this friend to be punished for the provocation

Player ID 354861 will receive a punishment for GR 3.1, GR 3.3 + multiple rulebreaks(bad history)
Player ID 152248 will receive a punishment for GR 3.3 on repeat

GR 3.3 All players must be able to communicate in English and IC chat must be English only.(Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.)

If you do not talk in English language, all situation is OOC as I understood from his punishment history he is not here for any RP since he get same punishments on repeat, also he is perma banned already for multiple bans in his punishment history. This is RP server, he is not here for RP so he will get a ban. (Since he is already banned for 3x warning he will get additional 3 days up to it).

You will get a warning also since it's your 3rd FL punishment this week.
