2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 The very first day I joined The ballas My aim was to rule the East side ballas and lead the gang on top and in past I was deputy in ballas and gained experience and have knowledge to run my term with peacefully and run my term with proper rules and regulations.
2 I want to be a leader of East side of Ballas if I got chance to get leadership I will set a good example of leadership and I can take Ballas gang on peak of los Santos , with my experience I will lead the gang and dominate in all events.
3 In my gang all the members will follow rules and regulations with proper RP .
Under my leadership gang activity will on next level and I will make a team, they will show their support to new comers in criminal world.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Firstly only experienced members will be hired (minimum 7 years experience ).
Turfers Will be hired to perform clands , submarine events and good bonuses will be provided to them .
One of the best deputies will be hired to control gang in the absence of leader
Provoking and trolling will not be tolerated in gang
Toxic behaviour from any player will cause punishments to him
