The person named Miraç Tek says in Turkish that he added the identity of the person dancing there to the darknet and what you are doing is clearly Bug Abuse, this is killing someone without violating the RDM rule, you shoot the person you want at that moment by adding them to the darknet and you are violating the Bug Abuse rule, not RDM.
