2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) LSPD is the backbone of law enforcement
As being a High Command in all of the Law Enforcement organisation. I think LSPD is the best organization to maintain law in the city.
It's the central police who hold the control of law in city. As city being so populated LSPD is the best organization to maintain law.Personally
I love law and want to punish those who breaks it.I have a strong personal commitment to justice, and I believe my experience and passion can help LSPD remain firm, fair, and respected.
ii) Strong collaboration between LSPD and other state organizations
I believe that if all state organizations work together they can maintain law and can make criminals fail in their plan. Unity is the key to
success. I believe in unity and will make LSPD collaborate with other state organizations such as: SAHP, FIB, and NG.
We will maintain a healthy relation between us.I will lead LSPD to become a reliable and strategic partner in all inter-agency operations.
iii) Reform and optimize the internal structure of LSPD
I will re-structure the internal system of LSPD. For this purpose I will make Departments which will work together and maintain a good
environment in organization. I will make sure that every new employee get training and ensure that. I ensure that every officer
know their role and follow chain of command. In my leadership i ensure that LSPD become proffesional,respected and a
disciplined force.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To Improve roleplay in LSPD. I will ensure that every officer get proper and realistic training and they follow proper codes.
I will make every officer feel like they are part of a real police force, not just a game.I will introduce real operations, investigations
reports and breifings etc. Proper Ceremonies and meetings will be held.I will make sure that every one follow rules.

1.Special Weapons and Tactics(S.W.A.T)
Their task is to attend every event and control terrorism in city.They have access to weapons and they will make tactics to perform operations.
2. Human Resource (HR)
Their task will be to hire new employees and give them training.
3. Internal Affairs (AI)
Their task is to ensure that every officer has a clear background and have all licences and they perform their duty properly.
Make sure that every equipment is working.
4. Special Task Force (STF)
Their task will be to perform special and top secret tasks. They will arrest criminals wanted by state and do Special Operations.
5. Traffic Enforcement (TE)
Their task will be to control traffic in city give fines to illegally parked vehicles and tow vehicles etc.
