Dear Admin,

I was driving around just minding my own businesses, where all of a sudden player ID 443772 is constantly driving into my car, and after constantly doing so, he then proceeds to hop out of his car and kill me with no demands whatsoever.

From my POV it looks like he is trying to steal it, but in the beginning he was in a green zone trying to get my vehicle out of the green zone.
