2. Why do you want to be a leader of this particular organization?

Good evening all,
My journey in this server began as a regular citizen, and over time, I’ve had the opportunity to work under and alongside several leaders within the LSPD and other legal organizations. I’ve witnessed the rise and fall of the department, and today, I’m proud that LSPD is once again a leading force—just as it was during Cody Miles’ leadership.
Although I've had three interviews for the Chief role so far with no success, my motivation to reapply is rooted in the sincere belief in the gains we've already achieved. I refuse to let the effort and dedication invested in LSPD by many go to waste. I possess extensive experience in all areas of this department—ranging from operations management to maintaining the discipline and dignity which sets LSPD apart.
My long-term goal is to expand upon the solid groundwork already established. LSPD is not characterized by one leader, but rather by the shared spirit and commitment of its members. I aspire to uphold the legacy and continue to lead with integrity, respect, and an unyielding dedication to excellence.

In order to be effective leaders, there are certain values and qualities that are necessary. These are the values that I believe in:
Accountability: A leader should be held entirely accountable for the accomplishment of the organization's objectives, leading by example through commitment and consistency.
Knowledge & Familiarity: Though not a master of all trades, a leader should comprehensively grasp the team's tasks in order to gain their confidence and lead them properly.
Vision: A comprehensive understanding of the organization's mission—current and future—enables a leader to motivate and coordinate the team's efforts.
Empathy & Respect: Understanding the viewpoints of team members creates a productive, collaborative culture.
Problem-Solving: Successful leadership involves managing problems with calmness and making solutions that last.
Communication: A leader explains both the purpose of the organization and the purpose of individuals within the organization, creating harmony and meaning.
Loyalty & Decisiveness: Being with your team in hard times instills trust. Leadership also requires decisive, timely decisions—no matter how uncertain the outcomes may be. And yes—a dash of charisma and professionalism never goes amiss.

No matter how many tries, my enthusiasm and self-assurance are not shaken. I do not just have commitment but also a sense of humor and a personal connection with my team and the broader city community.
My intention is to carry on the vision of previous leaders—particularly under Gabi's leadership—and to keep the efficient, orderly functioning of the MRPD going. Even if I am not given the leadership title, I will continue to work, because leadership is not only a rank—it's an effort, commitment, and vision. Titles come and go, but impact remains.
3. Your Advice for Improving Roleplay in the Organization
If provided with the chance to take charge, I plan to introduce a number of programs to raise the level of roleplay within LSPD:
1. Simulation Exercises
Every division will conduct scenario-based simulation exercises that replicate actual in-game scenarios. This on-job training will assist new members in adjusting quickly and functioning well out in the field.
2. Inter-Organization Collaboration
Regular meetings and cooperative operations with other agencies will foster respect for each other, knowledge transfer, and solidarity—leading to creative strategies and smooth cooperation.
3. Human Resource Development
Hiring and training will be made efficient with emphasis on mentorship from veteran staff. Organized onboarding will guarantee each new recruit is not only competent but also shares LSPD's values.
4. Protocols & Procedures
Severe observance of procedures is crucial for the professionalism and accountability of LSPD. Creating clear, comprehensive SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) will bring clarity, minimize mistakes, and emphasize organizational integrity.
I find that this academic and practical experience provides me with a distinctive advantage to creating a sustainable and effective leadership model for LSPD.
