Dear Adham,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to respectfully raise a concern regarding a recent situation that occurred during an active roleplay scenario. Our roleplay was interrupted midway due to an admin intervention, which, as per our understanding of Grand RP rules, should only occur under necessary circumstances to avoid disrupting immersion. I have a few points and questions I would appreciate clarification on:

  1. Admin Involvement Mid-RP: An admin entered the scene to remind us of a rule breach, which disrupted the flow of roleplay. I understand that rules must be upheld, but I would like to know whether every admin is allowed to step into active RP situations this way, especially when it can affect the outcome of the scenario.
  2. Unaddressed Actions by Another Player: From the side of Admin Snow Fury, it appeared that certain rule violations were overlooked. One of the individuals we were robbing performed actions that could be considered stalling and force RP—specifically, entering a vehicle without any clear demands from our side. In our view, this was a significant rule break, but no action was taken against them.
  3. Misunderstanding About Hostage Count: We asked about the lady who entered the vehicle, believing she did not qualify as a second hostage. However, we were told this needed to be addressed through a forum application. We found this confusing during the RP and would appreciate clearer guidance in such scenarios.
  4. Post-Scene Punishment: After Admin Snow Fury advised us that the situation could lead to punishment, we complied and released the individual as requested. However, despite our cooperation, we were punished 3–5 minutes later. It’s unclear why the other involved parties were not similarly reviewed or penalized for their actions.

I have attached my bodycam evidence and relevant forum thread here for your consideration:

I kindly ask that you review the full context of the situation from my side as well. We always aim to follow the rules and contribute to fair and immersive roleplay experiences on the server. Your time and attention to this matter are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Dear, Adham Pluxury
With due respect, I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent situation that occurred. I believe that the punishment issued to us was unjustified, as the incident in question was not part of any official event but rather a regular RP situation. Unfortunately, no clear or fair explanation was provided in the forum response.
It is important to emphasize that we are not here to argue with any administrators or cause any disruption. We are simply exercising our right to raise a formal concern about how the situation was handled. Specifically, we observed that while we received a punishment, no action was taken against another player involved in the same situation. This raises questions about fairness and consistency in enforcement.

Additionally, I have noticed significant differences between the handling of tickets and administrative support between EN2 and EN3 servers. For example, in our recent interactions — particularly those involving Rebel Paul — the responses we received via the admin ticket system lacked clarity and failed to address our concerns properly.

We are not seeking compensation, but we do ask that all admins be reminded not to interrupt RP scenarios or point out rule breaks during active roleplay unless absolutely necessary.

Lastly, with all due respect, I believe Admin Snow Fury’s decision in this case does not align with the established Grand RP policies.

Your warn will be lifted only this time, already I have explained previously what happened exactly.
