Watch your own POV first. At timestamp 0:24 , you said STFU first not me so I got mad and talked back.
And about that CR, it was Internet issue or maybe you can say it wasn't intentional.
Admins please review this forum asap and serve justice because he started the provoking first and that cr wasn't intentional as you can see by the pov where I never hit his car but near the parking the car got hit accidently. In my pov, the car didn't even hit his car

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Partially Accept this report.

ID 124714 will receive a punishment for Provoking
(Purposely annoying/irritating players to get a reaction from them is prohibited)

You started the provoking when you came intentionally in front of him in the gas station, and continued it for sometime. While the situation could have ended in the gas station.

No CR here, as one hit was counted, and it seems it was by mistake​
