I was just sitting on my motorcycle at the beach and chatting with my friend, I was punished for UB driving. My bike is a cross bike so even if i had been driving it, i don’t think it should count as UB driving. As i said i wasn’t even driving i was just sitting there. I want the get compensation for the time i lost in jail.
