2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Since the beginning of my journey on this project, I have worked with multiple organizations, but no organization has touched me as emotionally as LifeInvader.
I worked in EN3 LifeInvader for more than a year and got myself from a Trainee to the CEO position.
I led the organization sucessfully 3 times as Deputy ( COO ) and 2 times as CEO leadership have face no issue to manage it.
I genuinely think I have the ability to motivate change and create a significant impact thanks to my strong leadership abilities.
No matter where I lead, I'm dedicated to leaving a lasting impact via vision, hard work and collaboration.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Leading with Purpose and Influence: As a leader, I would have a planned purpose to improve the organization and an opportunity to have a greater impact on the direction and success of our organization.
I have a strong desire to promote constructive change and I think that in a leadership role, I can effect meaningful transformations that benefit our team and the broader community we serve in Los Santos.
Creating the Right Environment: At our organization, we prioritize fostering a friendly and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Especially needs to make sure friendly behavior from high commands among employees. As a Leader i would prioritize constructive criticism in a friendly way , So that every employees can have a feedback on their work and it helps them to prevent their mistake in future.
Collaborate with Other Organizations: LifeInvader works for citizens. LifeInvader can roleplay as the media partner for other organizations by promoting State Organizations recruitment process, and promote their events or initiatives. Working with other organizations not only promoted LifeInvader Services but also created a good relationship between LifeInvader and other organizations.
Recruiting Process: During the hiring process, High Commands from Human Resources need to be professional before allowing any employees. I will make sure high-quality trainers for newcomers so that all employees go through with pair interview, testing and training seassion as well as.
Ads Team: This department is most important and it needs to run 24 Hours, to maintain it a leader has to Recruit different time zones employees also set high commands for different timeshifts.
I will ensure the maximum Ads employees for different time zones for clearing The PDA as its most important.
I will hire different timezone employees, especially for Night and morning Time and there will be an additional bonus for the employees who will work on Night - Morning shifts.
Event Team: The event team needs extra care because it promotes LifeInvader among citizens through organization events and promotional stuff.
I committed myself to hosting the most generous and unique events as I did during my term in EN3. I will hire more employees for the Event Team, In my Term I will ensure all the ticket works of Creative are running smoothly and ensure that clients get their satisfaction through our services. I will arrange a lot Of Creative Events to Spread the Work of life invaders among Citizens.
News Team: To improve LifeInvader's journalism department, I propose a strategic focus on three key areas: content quality, audience engagement and team development. It's most important to have coverage for every occurrence in the city, I will make sure I hire different timezone journalists to cover up daily incidents in Los Santos and provide the latest news among citizens.

Internal Affairs: The internal Affairs department will manage inside of the Organizations affairs such as Managing employees strike/ warnings and handle internal situations.
This department also corrects new employees mistakes and guides them about their responsibilities within the org.
Commitment:
Ensure friendly behavior in organizations. I will not allow any provocative and conflict situations between the members.
As a Leader, I will make sure all High command and employees work professionally.
Make sure all High command work based on their rank and responsibilities in each of the departments ( Ads, Event, News, HR & IA ).
Organizing unique, fun-filled events regularly, events with custom decorations that bring citizens together through exciting and consistent experiences.
Provide timely, impactful, and accurate news coverage.
