Dear Bobby and Floki,
I hope this message finds you both well.
I am writing to respectfully raise a concern regarding a recent forum decision made by Zaid Solo in response to a report I submitted involving a potential violation of General Rule 6.15.
As clearly stated in the rulebook:
"When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, issue them demands, and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds, you may shoot."
In my case, I attached POV evidence that clearly shows no demands were issued before shots were fired. Simply saying "pull over" should not qualify as sufficient engagement or justification to use weapons, especially when there is no threat or escalation.
I have also seen similar reports involving officers issuing only a “pull over” command, which were correctly judged as violations of this rule. In comparison, the decision in my case feels inconsistent and unjust, particularly given the clear lack of roleplay engagement.
I humbly request the higher administration to reconsider this decision or provide clarification on how such cases are interpreted, so we as players can better align our expectations and actions with the rules.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Best regards,
Kodaa Paul
