I am standing infront of my family house, where suddenly a guy comes out a green car and shoot at me and my family member without any reason. As I start to run towards him to look at his ID, another car rams me.

At timestamp 00:14, you can see the driver of the green car come out and aims and starts shooting at us at timestamp 00:17.
At timestamp 00:19, I run towards him to see his ID. At that time, citizen: 204199, purposely rams me with his car. (CR)
At timestamp 00:23, while they are feeling away infront of my body. The ID of the green car's driver is visible (180458) if you play the video with slow motion. (RDM)
