2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. For the last few terms the leaders of SAHP was not that good at all, most of them just come and start doing either favoritism, but I want to put an end to it by leading the org with the vast experience I have and the knowledge I gained over the year.
2.2. During my term what I will be focusing on is to fix the thing called "Favoritism" and will make sure that no one withing my org does favoritism at all.
2.3 . Secondly I will be focusing on the activity of the officer, since highway is the most important and crucial place as robbers try to rob people in highway, I will make sure that we have officers On duty at all time so that the highway is free of the robbers and is safe for the citizen.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We all know that HRT (Human Resource & Training) Is the backbone of every org, and during my term i will make sure that HRT is doing there work properly and make sure that they maintain proper RP. As I was HRT for multiple I have the knowledge on how to improve the professionalism and RP.
Secondly I will be focusing on making IA (Internal affair) strong enough so that there is no corruption, no favoritism and to make sure we don't have any officer who is not familiar with the rules and doesn't know how to maintain proper RP .
Thirdly I will be making sure that SWAT works properly and is active, and will introduce new tactics.
