2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. First of all SAHP has alot of potential. With the right people in control this could be the strongest law enforcement organization in this city. Thats why i would like to have my chance to take SAHP back to its glory days. Max Activity on highways , Events and making sure SAHP is feared and respected by everyone.
2. Secondly during my time as Sheriff i learned so many new leadership skills. This time i going to make sure i make this the best possible SAHP term in recent times. With my exprience in law enforcement i know exactly what it takes to make a org such as SAHP successful again. With the right leadership in charge theres no doubt that SAHP will be respected and feared once again on the highways of Los Santos. And that is my goal as Sheriff once again to take SAHP to the next level.
3. Thridly my passion for law enforcement and escpially SAHP. My passion is to drive excellence and hard work. That is my motto and that is what im going to implement into SAHP. My passion is to make SAHP hard working firstly. Secondly Passionate , There needs to be passion in what you do in order to do it correct. With that said am going to make sure every unit in SAHP works hard with passion and will get rewarded for that. With that will come high activity from every unit in SAHP and that will drive SAHP to gain they're Respect back.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. To implement for Rp sitautions , Such as Always patrolling highways, Setting up Speed cameras , Cars being towed with correct Rp commands and using and using as much as Rp in every sitaution while representing San Andreas High Way Patrol.
2. Most important is having a good relationship with other organizations in the city. Interacting with other organizations daily to maintain a good relationship with other Law Enforcemant organizations in the city.
3. To make sure every time a unit goes patrolling they know how to keep them professional by not Mixing and knows how to avoid it by keeping things IC and OOC and not to mix it.
4. Lastly to improve the response time of SAHP units. Whether it be responding to events , Atm robberies or departments by other organzations. I would select a throughly High Command team to make sure theres a high command in city to take control of situations and to make sure while im not in city that the units knows what to do and who to follow.
Departments:
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): This department will be full of specialised and exprienced units that will lead events like ghetto patrols, globals and raids.
Internal Affairs(IA): This department is incharge of making sure all officers has licenses, and no illegal items on them and make sure SAHP is free of corruption.
Undercover(UC): This department will gather evidence against the criminals and gangs when attending events to help FIB tackle the gangs.
Towing and fines: This department will go on and tow cars that is illegal parked and fine them aswell on the highways and in the city of Paleto.
Human Resources(HR): This department will make sure that all officers is trained well and make sure every citizen is fitted to join SAHP.
Public Relations(PR): This department will host events for our citizens to enjoy their time and have fun.
My goals:
Max numbers as possible at every event.
Max activity on patrolling the highways and towing.
Make sure all the officers within the organization is well trained and fitted for SAHP.
Make sure of a successful term in SAHP.
