Moreover, the negotiation process seemed very disorganized. When the law enforcement officers arrived, they should have stated that they would send three representatives from three different organizations, along with three from the hostage-takersโ side. This way, the negotiation could have been more structured. Honestly, the negotiation appeared more like friendly gossip than a serious discussion.
