The San Andreas Highway Patrol plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and law enforcement outside the city limits. SAHP is responsible for highway patrols, quick responses to criminal activities on the highways, and ensuring peace across our vast jurisdiction. Unfortunately, recent leadership terms have lacked consistent activity and direction. As a leader, I intend to bring unmatched commitment, ensuring the organization is active day and night with a strong, motivated High Command team.
**2. Revitalizing Human Resources & Training**
The HR & Training Department is the heartbeat of SAHP. It’s essential to keep our ranks strong by recruiting dedicated individuals and training them promptly and effectively. I will ensure there are no trainees waiting excessively for sessions. All new recruits will receive structured training to become elite units capable of handling any situation. My goal is to create a constant flow of well-prepared officers into the force.
**3. Enforcing Law & Order Through Effective Traffic Management**
Traffic Enforcement will be one of the key departments under my leadership. The unit will be responsible for keeping Paleto and nearby areas clear of illegally parked vehicles, conducting weekly checkpoints on highways, and ensuring all HQ insurance procedures are followed. This department will help maintain high visibility and law enforcement presence throughout our area of operations.

To elevate the level of roleplay in SAHP, I plan to implement the following strategies:
* **Consistent Duty Presence:**
I'll coordinate time zones and duty shifts to ensure High Command members are available at all times, increasing RP opportunities and organizational responsiveness.
* **Cross-Organization Collaboration:**
* **FIB (Federal Investigation Bureau):** Joint evidence-sharing operations, high-level training, and jurisdictional coordination.
* **LSPD (Los Santos Police Department):** Coordinated city patrols and joint operations, including ATM crime response and large-scale missions, ensuring proper jurisdictional protocol is followed.
* **EMS (Emergency Medical Services):** Active integration in hostage situations and patrol missions to provide RP-based healing, adrenaline support, and treatment of wounded officers and civilians.
* **NG (National Guard):** Regular SWAT drills, arena training, and simulated hostage scenarios with other orgs to improve combat and negotiation RP.
* **Active Departmental RP Focus:**
* **UC (Undercover):** This unit will be highly active, collecting evidence from crime scenes and promptly passing it to FIB, contributing to realistic investigation RP.
