Life Story:
Kuba grew up in a fairly poor Polish household, witnessing a lot of abuse and terror in his hometown named Pulawy, which was a very dangerous area back in the day. Drugs, guns and businessman having the time of their life was something you could see there every single day. One day Kuba stumbled upon the group rich gangsters that had the local police in their pockets and were basically untouchable. By an accident he has seen something he never should and unfortunately was spotted by the bad guys. Running away from them for a good couple of minutes he found himself cornered in an alley with no way to escape. In this moment he closed his eyes after seeing a gun being pointed into his face. He heard a gunshot and to his surprise it was not him that got shot, but the criminal. Then shot, after shot, and the rest of them fell on the ground as well, confused but relieved he looked at the person walking slowly towards him. 'Are you okay kid?' he heard, and quickly realised that this man is here to help him. Man was named Elijah and he was one of the few police officers that were not corrupt in this city. On this day Kuba became his student and decided that he will be just like him when he grows up. Soon enough he realized that not every story is either white or black. His parents died early back in 1989, leaving him alone with 3 younger siblings called Jay, Bob and Harry. Unfortunately, his little brother Harry passed away soon because of brain cancer. At the age of 18, decided he will take his remaining family members with him to the big city of Los Santos. Upon moving and finishing his high school he decided to join police academy with his siblings following his steps. Elijah on the other hand was still serving juistice and gave them a big help with moving out of this rotten to the core city, with the hope the boys will grow into real men.
Career Story:
After finishing police academy, Kuba has climbed fast through the ranks of LSPD, it didn't take a while before federal agents spotted the talent in him and offered him a position. Soon enough after joining FIB he made his TS/SCI clearance a became a high command of American intelligence network. He rejected the offers of running the FIB many times, as he would rather stick to the shadows of organization. Through multiple years of witnessing injustice and corruption within government organizations Kuba has developed his own meaning of justice. He decided that he will punish them in his own way, not legal one, but true to his morals, just like Elijah. What pushed him into this grey zoned area of operating and punishing criminals in his own way is a single story soon after graduating the academy. One day when he was just a rookie detective in LSPD, he had a case of double homicide and rape. Kuba made a splendid job tracking the villain, found him and arrested him. Sure of his win in the case he was waiting patently for the trial. Little did he knew, man he arrested was a very powerful mafia member with a lot of connections. Each day closer to the trial, more evidence would disappear, witnesses would stop talking or were nowhere to be found. On the day of the trial, all the charges were dropped as the evidence that was left, was not enough to put him in jail. After the trial remaining victim committed suicide and Kuba was enraged after a suspect left the courtroom with a smile on his face. Kuba started his private investigation and found out witnesses were threatened with their lifes if they talk and multiple people including the judge were bribed during the process. After putting all the pieces of puzzles together, decision was made in a split second- ' They need to be punished, if not by the law, then by me'. Couple days later all the people involved in the situation, including murderer and the judge were dead. Kuba has lighten up his cigarette as he watched a little boat with 6 bodies slowly sank into deep water of The Alamo Sea. Later on he pushed his little brother Bob to take a director's position of FIB in order of him having more freedom with doing what he does.
Outcomes:
1) Kuba can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) .
2) Kuba can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name/refuse to provide any type of identification
3) Kuba can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
4) Kuba can cuff other LEOs and break their bodycams to avoid getting caught. ( no targeting or PG)
5) Kuba can do criminal activities like robbing and pickpocketing.
6) Kuba is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
7) Kuba can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
