In the pov I'm in the lobby at SAHP and hear a bullet go past me (GZ 1.1) so i run out of the lobby to find the shooter (203717) and arrest him and as i run to the back of the building he was shooting from i see him and shoot him and he CL

No GZ 1.1 Seen, its not clear from the POV who is the shooter and what's their ID
ID 203737 will receive a punishment for GR 6.2.
(As seen in the POV ID 203737, left the game without RP)
