Dear Higher Up , As U Can See In The Bodycam Provided In The Proofs , Id 177439 Is Violently Car Ramming Me With Intention Of Killing Me In The Ghetto , If I Will Explain The Situation , I Bought An Armour And Decided To Go And Do Ghetto Clapping , when i arrived , i saw id 177439 in a hyper car , so i decided to not step out in intention of killing him , but soon i realized that he was Ramming My Car Violently , so that i get stuck at a place and he can easily clap me.
