All in pov. Rule Breaks: Mass GR 6.16, CR , Fear RP, Lack of fear of Hostage, Running into GZ.

We were doing highway rob and was trying to get ourselves hostages. We took one hostage who was from Sahp and was sitting in back with me. We were 3 cars and almost 10 people, we were pulling multiple Fib cars who were not in the convoy and was alone and also sorrounded by us still they didnt complied also they didnt complied when there was gun pointed. One fib car entered alone when we gave them pull over they again didnt complied and ran into Patrol pump ( GZ ).

0:35 -GR 6.16 ID:151821
1:40- GR 6.16 and shooting while we have hostage, Fear rp as well he was sorrounded by us. ID:151821 ( Again )
2:00 -Lack of fear of hostage they werent giving us space.
2:40 -Fear Rp ( I pointed gun still ran away) and GR 6.16 ID:351326
3:00 -CR by leos and was not giving space lack of fear again
5:00 -CR by leos and was not giving space lack of fear again
9:08 - GR 6.16 and Running into GZ (Fib car was alone in ghetto did GR 6.16 and ran into GZ) ID:111824

they were not complying ramming even we had 2 hostages they were blocking roads and were not acting in rp.

mainly it was SAHP,FIB doing it.

Hostage is not visible in the POV and pulling someone over with around 10 LEO cars there is completely unrealistic, you are completely outnumbered yet you to pull them over, has nothing to do with good RP. At 7.30 you drive into a GZ while being chased, mass violating GZ1.3. You also attempt to pull someone over while you already claim to have 2 hostages, since I cannot see one of them I wont be able to punish for that, but a third hostage is a rule violation too.

And finally even if you have a hostage LEOs have the right to follow you, nothing in the rules states they have to stay away.

Since most rulebreaks came from Bloods Street Gang I will lock this post for Bloods curators before finalize it.

I have come to the conclusion to issue the following punishments:

ID 151801 will receive a punishment for GR6.16
ID 120432 will receive a punishment for CR
ID 369305 will receive a punishment for GZ1.3
ID 258601 will receive a punishment for GZ1.3
ID 91242 will receive a punishment for GZ1.3
ID 388342 will receive a punishment for GZ1.3 / GR6.16

This means 3 members from FIB received punishment which results in a verbal warning for FIB. This also means 3 Bloods members are being punished, which will be dealt with by Bloods curators.
