Dear Administrator,
The reason I am submitting this form is because I was unfairly terminated from my position based on false accusations and without any solid evidence. These actions were carried out by the Lifeinvader Deputy, the HCs, and another former staff member who is currently blacklisted from the project. From the very first day I joined the organization, I have been systematically targeted.
Whenever I made a comment or said something in the Lifeinvader staff chat, I was constantly criticized with remarks like "watch your tone," "be respectful," or "don't be rude," despite never being impolite. These repetitive, baseless criticisms were clearly intended to provoke and belittle me. I reported this behavior to multiple Curators, but unfortunately, no action was taken.

4th POV as you can see that time they dont wanna accept their mistake and they dont want to give a strike to the specific employees who made this mistake but I saw before they gave a strike so many times if someone is not in Grand Server or LI database: Link
5th POV Where ex CEO approved that mistake and issued that employee strike, But I was not fighting with their HC It was unfair to treat employees differently I felt that time they were partial to others and being so strict with me.: Link
6th POV When I just asked where the mistake was rather than correct my question another employee started creating drama + Arguing over my messages and at that time nobody said anything if I create any drama like that employee I am 100% they will gonna give a strike for me: Link

where the confusion was already fixed by Durvesh that what should we have to use in ads in correct from I might be wrong in my ways. But later they kept writing I was just replying to them what they wrote for me in this case Another high command Captain Dushant misunderstood what I said and kept starting to make it a big deal, You can see what Kay wrote on there.

Here is the 11th POV where I sent one employee, who made a normal grammatical mistake in that situation I was just showing them what on their policy written as I saw before also if someone not following grammatical format on ads high commands are accepting that as a mistake when I was new to LI high command make the approval on my grammatical mistake also.: Link
12th POV This is the last POV where I write someone on LI Discord: Link after that they made a fake allegation about me that I called trans for Rose Berry and without even calling me they fired me directly and said if I felt it was not correct go to court and court did nothing on this case.
I have never said anything racist, sexist, or transphobic to anyone. Yet, they falsely claimed that I made a transphobic comment to another staff member in the city, and used this unproven allegation to fire me. When I asked for evidence, they could not provide any.
I was ranked #1 in the PDA and was on track to be promoted to HC this week. It was clear they were looking for an excuse to get rid of me. In the end, they used a baseless claim to justify their actions. This is clearly targeting and a serious abuse of power.
When I contacted a high-ranking admin about this issue, I was told to take it to GOV. However, I learned there are no specific laws in GOV to protect individuals from such unfair treatment. So I ask: who protects people like me in situations like this?
The Lifeinvader Deputy and HC are clearly misusing their authority to target a staff member. Is this not a violation of basic rules such as Targeting, Favoritism, and Provoking?
The clearest proof that this was a coordinated plan is that just before I was fired, Rose Barry (the person I allegedly insulted) publicly insulted me during the organization's radio broadcast. No one stepped in to stop this disrespect. Then, only 5–10 minutes after the broadcast, I was removed from my position.

They were talking about me in the video, but at that time, I was busy with something else and couldn’t properly follow or respond to what was being said. I was focused on a different task during that moment.
As you can see here, HCs are laughing under the log after I got fired. This is because I got fired and they are happy about it. Here POVs Link
I also contacted the organization leader, who is supposed to be fair to everyone, but I have not received a response for several days. This organization may be private, but it does not belong to any one person. How can someone be fired without a valid reason or any proof? Is there no system in place to hold these individuals accountable?
Just because GOV lacks a specific law for this situation does not mean people should be free to abuse others without consequence. If there are city rules, why are they not being enforced?

They knew that there was no law in GOV that covered situations like this regarding Lifeinvader, and each time, they told me, "you are free to take it to court," using it as a way to avoid responsibility.
I respectfully request that action be taken regarding this clear and ongoing injustice. I am asking for a full investigation and for those responsible to be held accountable.
These individuals are acting in a way that is completely unprofessional treating people based on personal bias, looking down on newcomers, and creating a toxic environment through pressure and mobbing. This behavior will not lead to anything good. If they can do this to me today, what’s stopping them from doing it to someone else tomorrow?
