in the POV u can see that the hostage ID 179103 is staying in one place for like 5 mins so that his friends on top of the roof can kill him and they were on the roof which u can access only with a air transport. The other thing that proves they were his friends are that they just killed him and did not even try to kill anyone else.
(The hostage is the leader of SAHP)
