2) Why Do You Want To Be The Leader Of This Specific Organization?
2.1 I’ve been playing Grand RP for over a year now, and after being part of various criminal and state organizations — and successfully making a name for myself in the city — I believe it’s the right time for me to step up as a leader.
2.2 I have a lot of experience in both state and criminal organizations, and I’ve worked my way up to high command positions in both sides.It will come handy for becoming leader.
I know how state org works and gang works as I was high command in both. In situation where gang and state orgs will come I can predict what will they do and it will help my gang.
2.3 After serving as the Deputy of East Side Ballas for almost an entire term, I gained valuable insight into how gangs operate. That experience has prepared me, and I now feel ready to lead a gang myself. Also I have negotiated for store robberies from both state organisations and gang sides.
3. My advice as a leader is as follows:
1. Every person who wants to join the organization must have at least 5 years of IC age.
2. Before inviting anyone to the gang, high commands must conduct an interview and ask basic RP-related questions.
3. Toxicity and disrespect will not be tolerated — anyone found guilty will face serious consequences.
4. The bonus system will be organized and fair. I will make sure that everyone who participates in events receives their bonuses on time.
5. I will stay committed and ensure that I complete the full term as leader.
