2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.2 - From my previous experience at SAHP, I'm sure that I can make a good and major changes to the departments and make a good Judgment for what is good and bad for the organizing. and from all the experience that I have I will bring a new fresh idea for SAHP and make it the best and the most enjoyable in the city.
2.2 - I was a part of all department in SAHP from all the pervious term that i attended in the past and i know how to run SAHP. so, for that i can make sure to run all the departments and make major improvement for everything with the help from my deputies and my COS and COD of the department. this will give us a good opportunity to came up with a great idea for SAHP
2.3 - The most of my previous experience was in LEOs and I was a part of gangs before, and I notice that all the organizations have a common issue It is the absence of thought from High Commands. with my judgment and my knowledge on all the organizations LEOs and the Gangs and how they work and putting the right person in the right place. this will give SAHP huge advantage to be the best at all RP situations and avoiding any roles break.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 - As I previously mentioned above, the absence of thought from High Commands this is huge issue in all LEOs organizations and to fix this we need the right people the fill the high command spots. Also comparing to the numbers of gangs against the LEOs numbers all LEOs have serios issue with activates, this makes the balance unbalanced between the police and the gangs. so, we need to start focusing on how to get numbers and this will be fixed by doing major changes in HRT department. and the second thing that i have to focus on is doing some improvement on SWAT and HWP department by as example i can bring back the old tactical teams and the ringers night team this will be a good start to start fighting the inactivates in SAHP. and we must fix one of the biggest mistakes in HRT department and that they are not giving the good attention to the new units and training them well this issue leading the units to stay at HQ for selling insurance or avoiding attending the events. i will do all what i can to get great numbers in the organization and trying to have as much as we can on all events. and i will make sure with my deputies to bring new idea for handling all the situations with high level or RP.
3.2 - As SAHP trooper and being traffic police officer, this means that SAHP has a lot of activates to do. in the last few terms, the leaders focused on doing only what was required of them. SAHP troopers must stay on the highways and the freeways patrolling and doing traffic stops and checkpoints HWP department will make sure that all of this will be done not because it is required this will be done because it is fun to do and enjoyable and this will give a big help to create a RPs situation and to handle them in the perfect way. SWAT must be ready at all the time during the day and the prime hours for any possible situation. I will make sure to help SWAT to bring a new strategy on leading the events and handling hostage situation in high-level and professional ways by forming snipers and heavy machine guns teams. and i will start giving opportunities for all our high commands to lead the situations. and I will provide promotion bonuses for every successful leadership of any situation that was completed successfully and with high efficiency. this will encourage our units to stay active during the days and try do their best to make everting's run as good as they can.
