As Mike was Born, he was born into a Poor class Family in hes Home Country Capitol and was Force to be left behind by hes Family cause of their insufficient Funds to raise another Child and as years past and staying in a Adoption Centre he was adopted by a wealthy family that lives in America so as it goes Mike as a Lithuanian Immigrated to America and started living with hes new family, but problems still caught up with him at schools by being bullied and made fun of but worse was still coming cause he was kidnapped by a huge amount of Thugs cause of the Family he was in and They took him for a reason not for money but for a new Soldier in a gang of theirs cause Mike was almost a grown up but staying in the Gang didnt last long cause 1 day FIB Raided a Place where Mike was Protecting important things for the Gangs so he was Arrested BUT The FIB Gave him a few Choices Get arrested knows how long or Join FIB and help them, As it went Decision was made to join FIB.
Career Story:
While Mike started working for the FIB He had bad thoughts of everyone not liking him and more but he Realized everything was reversed and everyone was peaceful and helpful to him cause of hes background and everything, Time flying by and more he started to get everyones respect even the Director himself, he got hes perfect role, it was not the best way of doing things but Mike Decided to take everything To The Corrupt Path but not betraying FIB and Helping them cause what he cared about the most was ruining the Rival Gangs he was up against and make it a Living Hell for them, Making them fear every Agent in FIB without know who is who will strike them or not knowing a Corrupt Agent is lurking between them waiting to strike and Deal even more Damage and Mental Damage as well, Mike will be working from the Shadows and dealing with Gang members in a lot ways that wont be Good for them.
Outcomes:
1. Mike can torture/Interrogate People for information and by using truth serum using ( /try 2 times per situation )
2. Mike can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
3. Mike can take bribes ( 100K and Guns/Ammo/illegal stuff [ Max 100K Worth ] ) as bribe.
4. Mike can do criminal activities. For example, Ghetto clap, Buy, Sell, or Use any type of illegal items and Weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
5. Mike can let suspects go free if they're in his Family or Hes friends and can also aid them in escaping by Releasing them from Cuffs, Dropping their Charges and Letting them Escape.
6. Mike has the same ability to frighten/disrespect when talking to other people (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Mike can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
8. Mike can cuff other LEOs and break their bodycams to avoid getting caught. ( no targeting or PG)
9. Mike can remove previous reasons for being arrested to get rid of any evidence of Mikes 10-15 being arrested.
