I bring extensive leadership experience, having served two terms in Government as Chief of Staff (COS), the highest position in that department. My background has instilled in me a strict adherence to protocol, a results-driven work ethic, and a commitment to operational excellence. Why I Want to Lead EMS

My objective as EMS Chief is to establish a highly efficient, disciplined, and professional medical service for Los Santos. The city deserves an EMS department that is reliable, responsive, and respected. I am committed to:

  • Maintaining clear chains of command and accountability
  • Ensuring all staff are properly trained, evaluated, and held to the highest standards of conduct, both on and off duty

Leadership Plan

1. Departmental Structure & Discipline

  • Implement strict daily roll calls and attendance tracking
  • Enforce punctuality and discipline; repeated tardiness or negligence will result in disciplinary action
  • All promotions and appointments will be merit-based, with transparent criteria and regular performance reviews

2. Training & Recruitment

  • Personally oversee the recruitment and training of Field Training Officers (FTOs) and High Commands (HCs)
  • All new recruits will undergo comprehensive training, including scenario-based assessments and strict evaluation
  • Only candidates with clear communication skills and quality equipment (microphones, etc.) will be considered

3. Operational Efficiency

  • Mandate weekly departmental meetings to review performance, address issues, and set goals
  • Ensure 24/7 coverage by scheduling shifts according to peak activity times and staff availability
  • Assign HCs to monitor hospital lobbies and ground services at all times

4. Interdepartmental Relations

  • Establish formal communication channels with other organizations (PD, GOV, etc.) to streamline cooperation during emergencies and events
  • Assign dedicated liaisons for coordination during joint operations, such as hostage situations or city-wide crises

5. Roleplay Standards

  • Enforce strict RP guidelines; any breach will be met with immediate corrective action
  • All staff must maintain professionalism and realism in all interactions
  • Regular RP workshops and feedback sessions will be held to ensure continuous improvement
