While conducting an ammunition run for the GOV, I observed several LSPD personnel approaching the North Gate—potentially attempting to enter our base. What stood out was that they were operating armored vehicles without a proper escort or convoy, which is a clear violation of State Rule 1.4.

According to this rule, "It is forbidden to drive an armored vehicle in the city without an escort." Despite this, a few LSPD members disputed this interpretation and argued that it does not constitute a rule break.

The individuals operating the armored vehicles were identified as ID 179403 and ID 170744.

Not exactly, cos I used to drag race on highways with SAHP Riot Van during Mickey's term. None of the admins saw it as a rule break!

Still, if such a rule exists, they may have entered by crossing the boundaries of the entire city you're referring to. I'm requesting the curators to review the bodycam footage of the LSPD units from the moment they started the convoy from their HQ. They didn’t follow the formation from the very beginning.

The term “city” in this rule refers to the actual in-game city area, not the entire server.
