He was a part of a store robbery and shot from outside the zone. I guess it was a bug from my side that he was wearing normal clothes. POV is going to clear the doubt.

I am dropping 2 POVs. It was 2 guys at different time stamps who were bugged, ig, and shot from outside, so POV req will fix the doubt.
