ID 295562 will receive a punishment for FearRP
ID 446508 will receive a punishment for FearRP

You must not shoot the hostage takers when they clearly have a hostage. For ID 113011 He will not receive any punishment for FearRP as it was an accident which he returned to the vehicle and continued RP straight away.
