Hello, I tried to login to the EN 1 server after recovering my password. Surprisingly, my account is blocked in EN 1 server too. Can you help me figure out why it got blocked?

Reason: Security Ban
Last days left: 9163
Date of blocking: 16.02.2023

Is it because of my IP address change? I moved to another country 3 years ago. Please solve this problem ASAP. I really looking forward to get back into the server. Also, check my old forum of Account Recovery. Thank You.
