1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve been playing Grand RP for a long time now , first in EN1 and now in EN3. I’ve been part of EMS, SAHP, FIB, and every gang at different times, so I’ve seen both legal and illegal sides of the server. I feel now is the right time to shift to the admin side to give back to the server, help the community, and make sure rules are followed also at the end pursue the dream to be an admin.
2. What are your strengths?
• Very active 8-9 hours daily
• Deep understanding of both legal and illegal RP
• Calm and patient during reports or tense moments
• Fluent in English and Hindi both. This helps in communications as most are hindi and english spokens in server.
• No punishments or reports in EN3 I always try to follow rules and stay clean my main moto.
3. What are your weaknesses?
I haven’t been a leader of an org, but I’ve worked in many high roles across multiple orgs. That helped me learn how both leadership and teamwork function in grand rp
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
• Solid knowledge of server rules
• Experience in all RP types
• Quick to respond and handle reports due to high playtime.
• Friendly and helpful toward players
• Always neutral and focused on fair decision making.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business?
Yes, I agree.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No I’m fully available and active right now.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I’ve been part of this community for a long time and I truly care about the server. I have zero punishments or reports in EN3, and I always focus on fair, rule based gameplay. I believe I can be a helpful and responsible part of the admin team. I hope team may trust on me.
