2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) I've had high up positions in both legal and illegal orgs and what i have noticed the most is that to many orgs and terms fail cuz of internal conflicts and chaos my goal will be to try my best to change this in my term if i get the chance. I want to build a gang with strategy and communication and not just reacting and yelling. How i will do this is by having my high commands carefully picked, Trusted , Respected and Active. My leading will be about consistency and Profesionall.
2.2) When i first joined the city i think i went straight to gangs and gaining experience from gangs they helped me find my space and helped me get started and showed me tips and tricks around the city. Becoming a leader now is not just a goal its kind of a need i want to give back and help the new people around and get to know people. personally i think most new people would go to gangs as their first org. and i would make it my personal mission to accept new people into the gang teach them the essentials and that they are respected within the gang even tho they are new to the city.
2.3) and finally for the last reason is that being a leader is not just holding that title it needs effort, patience, experience etc. what i want to improve as a leader is first of all the dissrespect the higher ranks give to lower ranks and how do i plan to fix this issue? well, I will be strict and will not hesitate to give warnings to my members for this issue, Favoritism it not acceptable in my perspective and will not happen within this gang, I will make sure my gang shows acticity both IC events, OOC events and more. How will i do this? I will motivate my members to be active respond to events (meeting poitns) etc our rank system will be a well planned out system and will only be given rank ups when showing activity and dedication to the gang.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advice to improve roleplay. Well almost every hostage sit ive seen lately happends at fake MD i want to change that so there can be more planning and more scenarios for BOTH sides (LEO and GANG), Like almost everytime there is a gang and leo event you see the same situation over and over again almost like its on repeat i want more scenarios different outcomes etc.
There will be minimun of metagaming, failrp, CR etc. I will personally teach every gang member i hire the definision and what these important rules mean.
My goals for this term short said is
1. keeping it friendly, non toxic and no dissrespect from higher ranks in the gang
2. try to win every single event my gang goes to
3. Try my best to have a CLEAN term with no warns and issues (it is my first time but ill try my best)
4. Make sure/teach that every gang members who wants to join know the rules and territories of my gang before inviting them
5. I will be a very active leader so i can support and show an example of an active and educated leader
