All in pov. I was waiting there and wasnt even doing anything neither i was carrying any weapon openly. This 2 fib comes to me and cuffed me because they were assuming I might be a heavy sniper, they cuffed me because of that assumtion and i asked their ids. Placing in cuffs and dragging without any IC reason but just assumption. I was totally unarmed and was escaping when they uncuffed me, He litteral killed and unarmed guy. Full of corruption.
