2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. I joined this organisation as fresher in Escobar's term and do my duty with dedication and hard work. I learn many things of this organisation. My journey is so beautiful and I meet some most great leader of this organisation how helps me a lot to get to know each and everything of this organisation. And know I want to serve my experience and dedication as a leader of this organisation. As I started my journey as Medical Department and move to FTO department and did great work as Assistant Medical Professor. I tried so many doctors in this journey then I got the title of Teacher of the week because I completed 30 training in just 2 days. After that I got selected for interview as High Command. I tried my best as a teacher to serve my knowledge and experience. And now after 12 terms of experience. I want to serve as a leader and with the help of my team we want to make this organisation on Top.
2.2. As I already tell that I came for Fto department. And have good experience in Fto department which is the backbone of EMS. So It gives me more confidence to go at the next step to take a leadership of this most important organization. This organisation is not only serve medical supplies this organisation is the only organisation which is most important for your city. And I do my best to balance the requirements and services.
2.3. EMS is not only an organisation for me it's my passion and I love to be in this organisation form more then 12 terms. And know I want to lead this organisation with my experience, dedication, team work, leadership, sincerity, calmness, risk management, professionalism and enthusiasm. And also make sure that our team will help our other organisations like Leos. And make politeness with them.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. We will take care all the lobbies should be covered and atleast 2 units on calls. We will try to attend as much as scripted and unscripted Events. And also try to take do some events form our side to improve our roleplay with some donation campaign. And awareness campaign. And with the help of our team we can also try to do surgery like of Protyay sir term.
3.2. As I saw form many terms that there is less used of RO department because I saw that RO are not that much work but I have an idea to serve our service by air to help injured people and do the possible roleplay to grab him and left him to hospital and do the medicinal help. And due to this the people which got injured while fall form mountains and valleys areas are get medical attention.
3.3. I try to improve our backbone which is our FTO department because I show form few terms that there is very less units in fto department. And we know that fto is the only department which can improve the roleplay and I will discuss with our team some point which can improve our Ambulance service roleplay. So it can provide the training to freshers which are joining Ambulance service (AS). And implement it to there routine.
