Life Story:
Heisen Pluxury was born into a family which served the State for many Generations, to his family the work for the state wasn't only a job it was Pride and Honour. His elders used to solve disputes and Fights amongst the villagers due to which he had very good communication skills.
From Child hood Heisen Trained very hard, and was very different from other kids, while the other children played and enjoyed he used to work hard to get into the Police and work and the footsteps of his Family and Close elders. His family also wanted him to work for the state .
This mindset changed when Heisens elder brother got shoot while serving for the nation, the mindset was not changed due to the major wounds and blood rather it was changed when he was not provided with proper medical assistance and basic services due to which he died.
After the Loss of his brother the State also cancelled the Pension, which his father was receiving form the State.

Career Story:
Due to this his anger raised and thought that all of the work and sacrifices which my family made was for no use and was disappointing, the hard work of my family didn't paid off.
When Heisen Got into the Police his Aim was just to earn money so he can afford his and his family expenses, now the family who served the State for many generation stepped out and was there to just Earn.
Due to this Heisen took some small and then big bribes. whenever he tried not to take Bribes and money , the higher Ups took bribes and closed the case. So it was clear to Heisen that the Law isn't same for everyone.
Bribes Followed then the bigger one came which brought him bags of money .
Now Heisen was different he didn't cared about justice he cared about the money, due to his and his family heavy loses this all changed!
Out Comes:
1. Heisen can Lie about a lawyer and refuse to read the Miranda Rights
2. Heisen can take bribe to release a 10-15. only up to 100k.
3- Heisen can refuse to show his ID to other LEO's and Civilians to avoid himself getting caught while doing corruption.
4- Heisen can take money from gangsters for the exchange of any sorts of information.
5- Heisen can ask criminals to drop their ammunition so he can sell it while being off duty
6. Heisen can use pickup and use illegal weapons and drugs while on/off duty. ( Not against server rules)
7. Heisen can smash and destroy bodycam of civilians / Officers
8- Heisen can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum]
9.Heisen can put Illegal items in 10-15 or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them into custody or arrested( With proper RP ).
10- Heisen Can use illegal weapons while being on duty
