Reviewed server disrespect + ban evading + cheats I 208003

dear admin its clear in pov he has cheats nd did server disrespect too with gr 3.1 3.2 i know he already got banned for pc check but this guy made it clear in pov that he is a ban evader so just a normal ban isnt enough for him.dont mind me shooting him as i wanted to make it clear for pov he is a cheater.whichever admin is reviewing my forum i make a request to get him blacklisted or ip ban cuz these ban evaders r ruining our rp.
