First video the player is seen driving a car without tires which is UB Drive.

Second video, while I am holding a gun and actively shooting at him, he punches me instead of reacting realistically to the situation. In the same video, he also uses RP chat while dead. And he attempts to abuse respawn bug, indicating clear intent to exploit the game.
