2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have a good leadership, learning and managing skill that help me to lead the important events like Store robbery, hostage negotiation, ghetto patrol, check point, subs and many more etc.. I applied for most active Leo organisation that is los santos police department because I think I can handle LSPD by my past experience ( LSPD DHOD HOD COS TF, SAHP - US MARSHAL COMMISSIONER AND HOD FIB- black ops 3 agent and NG- chief warrant officer) and I have a good experience in gang side as well bunta leader and 3x deputy. From this experience I think I can be a great leader of lspd and make the another history.
2.2 In my term i will focus on more events, towing and patrolling. I will try at least 3-4 units on tow every time and 10+ active in every single event.
i want to maintain peace in city by arresting all criminals doing crime. I have good communication skills and I have the ability to work and meet with a lot of people everyday.
2.3 As a leader i know how to active the organisation. In this term no favouritism for high command and deputy which follow from last amazing terms. I will give deputy rank to those who have well enough experience in city and can lead all the situation in absence of me. We will try to avoid small mistakes in events and focus on the solution to avoid it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Conducting meeting with other state leader to make good relation with them.
Always engage ems, li and other Leo organisation to increase more realistic by performing their roles.
Conduct promotion ceremony once week in the organisation.
Check all the department work and conduct a small training with ng once every week.
We will always be always active in all events and do diffrent professional activities like (Ghetto patrolling, Checkpoint, Highwaypatrolling, SUBS, etc.)
I will require at least 1 HC to be present even when making the department, in order to perform it in accordance with the rules. In this way, the risk of mistake will be reduced to zero and the rp will be completed in accordance with the rules.
We will do everything professionally.
Any rule break will lead to a kick, strikes, or blacklisted from the org.
