Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. While starting of my organisation experiences i joined EMS Steve Haines term. His term was amazing i started as medical student i learned a lot and of total i was in 4 EMS terms i was loyal against EMS and i got hc there i learned a lot more things about EMS and it started to be like daily routine as hod of all departments. I think i could bring amazing leadership skills to the EMS organisation as i won’t gonna let it down.
2. I always loved the Medical Department as EMS always need some extra help at lobbies. My leadership can bring EMS to its prime so as many people can join it. I will make EMS great again and i trust myself as leader of this organisation. I will manage that there are always units at lobbies and on calls of course if not any emergency from leos side.
3. In my term i would put more work on units to stay at lobbies with fun and motivation. My High Commands would be only professional people who know what they are doing. In my leadership i would take EMS to the next step so no other organisation can say anything bad about us. My goal is to achieve fair and fun EMS term and mostly important good term.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
In this first place i would need all HRT to be active and recruit new people to the EMS. I would give much more bonuses for people to not disappoint then like on previous terms. I always point finger at favouritism because that is the worst nightmare of every leader so in my rank if it will even be shown it won’t happen any time again. My goal would be ofcourse to get happy people bank accounts but also create amazing family with all my members in EMS as they are all my family that is the place where i started my whole career. I would manage to personally attend as many events as i can im not gonna be lazy leader that makes whole term bad.
