Leader of:
LSPD (Los Santos Police Department)
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1 – Solid Background in Leadership and Law Enforcement RP:
I have been in leadership roles at LSPD 26 rank, SAHP 22 rank, NG 28 rank, Bloods under deputy, and Marabunta under deputy, and this experience has provided me both with administrative experience and an excellent understanding of legal and criminal RP, which I intend to use to take over LSPD. I aim to introduce the department to a new level of professionalism and organization, establishing systems that enhance day-to-day RP and establishing clear progressions among members.
2 – LSPD Was My First Home in the City:
LSPD was the first organization I joined in the city, and the one where I truly started my RP experience. The moments I've had in it—fun times, training, cooperating as a team—have all characterized my time. Now, I want to come back to the department that started it all for me, by leading it with a new energy, new systems, and a better experience for everyone involved.
3 – Time to Step Up and Lead:
I've worked in a number of orgs for months now, and I've learned leadership, management, and communication skills that I'm confident will stand me in good stead in exemplary command. I've seen what does and doesn't work. Now I'm eager to put my skills to the test and take on the challenge of leading one of the city's most critical organizations. I am committed to being visible, active, and a role model for all members of the department.
Your suggestions for improvement of the RolePlay level at the company
1 – Building a Calm, Professional High Command Team:
I’ll make sure that the High Command team is composed of individuals who are experienced, respectful, and calm under pressure. A professional HC sets the tone for the whole department. When HC leads by example—both IC and OOC—the rest of the department follows. This builds trust, structure, and improves the overall RP quality within the LSPD.
2 – Active and Structured Training through HRT:
The Human Resources & Training (HRT) division under my leadership will be active and see to onboarding and mentoring the new joinees. Promotions will not be automatic. All Cadets will undergo a thorough training course before reaching Patrol Officer I. I will also introduce a weekly OOC and IC rules test for all units for rules awareness. We will also release an extensive LSPD Handbook so that every member knows how to do and how to do better.
3 – New and Enhanced Towing System:
I will institute a whole new towing & vehicle recovery system. All tows will be documented on a weekly basis, and a promotion + bonus system will be instituted for rewarding activity. All ranks will be expected to fill a weekly towing quota—from Chief of Staff all the way down to Cadets. Not doing so will result in progressive disciplinary action. This ensures the city always has active tow units and promotes responsibility.
The departments that will be active under my command:
Internal Affairs (IA)
Human Resource & Training (HRT)
Undercover Operations (UC)
Traffic Enforcement (TE)
Public Relations (PR)
Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T)
