2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become a leader in the National Guard because i have previously worked as a Lead DA with the COS rank in organizations like NG, LSPD and SAHP and i was very successful in those roles. I also worked as a lawyer in the DOJ, so i have strong knowledge about the law. The National Guard was the first legal organization i joined, so it is very special to me. As a leader, my goal is to bring professionalism, improve team performance, and to make NG the most trusted legal organization in the city. If i can Actually Be Successful, I will Make NG Great Again.
2.2 I know all that a Leader needs to know about the National Guard, and taking the first step toward my leadership dream within this organization would be the best decision for me. That is why i specifically want to become a leader in NG. I believe that my strong knowledge of the rules will make me the right person to be the next General of this organization. I am fully committed to leading NG and completing my term without any org warnings or Issues. My main reason for applying is to lead with precision, dedication, and determination. Becoming a General will be the first step toward the highest point of my RP journey, and i fully believe in myself.
2.3 I am truly determined to succeed and take on this role because leadership is not just a responsibility for me, it is a big part of why i keep grinding. That is why i will continue moving forward with confidence in myself and my friends, prepare well for the interview, and do my best to become a leader. i believe i am the most suitable person for this leadership position. Many of my friends have tried to become leaders, some succeeded while others did not. Because of my confidence in my abilities as both future Leader & Representative of SANG, i will try to become a leader and fight to succeed.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 One of the key moves during my term would be to focus on both the MPIA and RR departments to Upkeep the Internal Rules & Legislation and Also will be Overseeing PR Department in order to establish strong communication with the public. At the same time, i aim to create a disciplined, professional, and organized working environment among the soldiers. This would not only strengthen the departments but also significantly improve the overall roleplay quality and public image of the soldiers. thus, the organization will become a respected and exemplary structure both internally and externally.
3.2 Keeping things professional among soldiers would be a big step forward. That is why providing them with proper and effective training could really make our term stand out and take the roleplay experience in the organization to the next level. Soldiers who are on duty but not doing any work may be Disciplined, and to keep it roleplay friendly, they can be made to do push ups or similar exercises as small punishments to Add the overall roleplay a little flavor. These actions make roleplay both more fun and realistic.
3.3 To improve RP, i would focus on making sure soldiers stay in character even during simple tasks or patrols. It does not always have to be big events, just keeping things realistic and consistent can make a big difference. Doing things like group exercises before events such as ammo runs makes roleplay much more fun and realistic. If these situations happen regularly, SANG will Leave its Signature towards Huge Successes.
3.4 I am actually planning to make a Real Sea-Division A.k.a USMC, USMC will Constantly patrol Within the Jurisdictions of SANG via Boats Every 120 Minutes At least, Consisting of 10 Minutes, this department will be the Successor of SASD, Both Departments will have 1 Channel In NG emails to constantly contact only each other for operations and weekly trainings, For one of the small Trainings I plan to have between two Departments, is as followed;
-Sea Evacuation Transit
(Sea Exit Transit is a Training Method for Picking Up members of USMC in a state of Emergency where they are Unable to evacuate the waters of FZ, i.e Under Heavy Fire When Patrolling, Via Helis Used by SASD.)
Although this project of mine may be Looking good from the Outside, It is still a Prototype, I am thinking day and night of how can i make this department Successful throughout the Whole term as much as SASD among all Departments. I will plan this further into a Reality along with the Support of my Lovely Curators.
