I hope your day is going well.
Me and my family were recently punished for GR 6.15 and MG.
As you can see in his POV , in the minutes between 19 and 20, ID 374400 starts shooting at us first. Then, my family member (ID: 432321) starts shooting back. This was clearly self-defense, which is relevant to the GR 6.15 punishment.
As for the MG (metagaming) claim, their POV does not show everything. They didn’t see me directly, only from the start of the SHAP tunnel. If they post a full POV, starting from when they first saw me, you’ll see there was a significant distance between us. They were also ramming each other multiple times during that time.
While they were chasing me, my family members were already waiting at the doc to rob people, as we are an unofficial family. I want to clarify that there was a clear distance between us from SHAP tunnel to the doc gas station. During this time, I managed to inform my family members that I was being chased and where I was. They decided to set up a trap. That means I waited for them to come and give me demands, and then my family members who were near the doc easily saw us and responded to rob them.
Everything is shown in the POV they provided, but it is not the full situation and that’s important. As far as I know, admins always want to see the whole situation, just like Jessica once requested from me in this report: Approved - CL | 367638.
Also, in the POV you can see that when they gave me a demand and I stopped, he randomly started shooting at me. This was before he even gave a demand to get out of the car. So my question is:
Why did he not get punished for this, and only we were punished especially when the POV doesn't show everything?
I want to be clear: I’m not saying the admins made a wrong decision. I have a lot of respect for all admins. I just think in this situation, it’s very easy for admins to get confused because the other side is not showing the full context, which may have led to misunderstanding.
